Al-Najat Charity

The Al-Najat Charity was established in the State of Kuwait in 1978. Since its foundation, the Charity has adopted many initiatives to achieve its vision in addressing the problems of poverty, ignorance and disease. Schools were built with the aim of building good generations that contribute to the country's development, and assistance was provided to students who could fulfil their obligations. In order for the association to achieve its goals in the field of humanitarian work, it has established many zakat committees, through which it contributed to alleviating the suffering of the poor and needy, caring for orphans, and helping poor families - in Kuwait and abroad. The call to God (the Almighty) comes at the heart of the Charity’s interests, as it established the Islamic Presentation Committee, which set an honorable history in disseminating the tolerant message of Islam. The Charity is also involved with sustainable development projects, through implementing economic empowerment projects, multi-service centers, water and health projects.
