1000 pens: Providing the bag and tuition fees for the needy inside and outside Kuwait - Zakat is permissible

In preparation for the start of the new school year, and to contribute to goodness and urge to seek knowledge, we launch the "Balad Al-Khair" association with the "1000 pens" campaign.

Objective: Purchase school bags and uniforms for orphans and children of needy families in: Northern Syria, Lebanon, Palestine, Yemen

Target number: 700 students

School bag cost: KD 9

Combined by misfortunes and tribulations, between refugee conditions and harsh living conditions, yet they defy tragedies and poverty to continue learning and escape the clutches of ignorance.
