He contributed to establishing the Reading Center to teach our children in Kuwait the Holy Qur’an and its sciences.

This is done by teaching a distinct qualitative approach in memorizing and reciting the Holy Qur’an with the ten frequent recitations from the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, with the participation and supervision of a group of trustworthy reciters of merit who have a chain of transmission related to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace.
