Meals for students in northern Syrian camps - Zakat is permissible

More than 90% of Syrians live below the poverty line, thousands of students are out of school, and at least 12 million people are unable to obtain or afford enough food.

Thousands of students in Syrian camps live in difficult living conditions that deprive them of their rights. They have no choice but to study in simple tents, without their families being able to provide the necessary food for their growth.
