Chad is one of the least developed countries in the world, where most of its residents live in thatched huts and suffer noticeably from malnutrition, poor educational and health services, and a lack of job opportunities. Therefore, the idea for establishing Salwa Humanitarian Village.
Project objective:
Establishing an integrated residential village, with all the basic facilities that would guarantee a decent life for a group of poor families in Chad, in addition to development projects that improve families' income and turn them into productive people.
Village Components:
- A mosque that can accommodate 90 worshipers
- A school with 210 students from the village and neighboring villages
- A bakery that produces hundreds of loaves of bread
- Private residence for 20 families
- A clinic that accommodates more than 40 patients per day
- A well that benefits 3000 people per day from the people of the village and neighboring villages
- Endowment farms and development projects provide a source of income for dozens of families
